The Paladin POS software is able to capture a customer's signature digitally during the checkout process. Cashiers are able to skip the signature capture if requested by the customer or can clear the screen should the customer make a mistake. [
Every invoice and every transaction is stored securely by the Paladin POS system to ensure that it can later be recalled. In addition, all customer signatures are stored digitally with the invoice that created the signature. Every invoice can be recalled and reprinted with the customer’s signature. [
Storing all invoices and signatures digitally makes it easy to reprint invoices from any transaction ever made within Paladin POS. An added bonus is the ability to send a copy of an invoice with the signature to a customer via e-mail.
